END TRUTH OR DARE BONUS COMIC.

I had an amazingly great time at San Diego Comic Con. I brought more The Young Protectors V1 books than I thought I could possibly sell, and wound up selling out at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday. They went fast! (One of the Prism volunteers kept referring to it as “the book of the Con.”) And it was so great getting a chance to see so many of you in person! 5 days in a row (and 10 hours/day) is a lot when it comes to tabling at a Con, but hearing back from y’all about how much you’re enjoying this comic and getting a chance to shake your hands makes all the hard work worth it. (And I got a chance to hang with The Young Protectors colorist Vero, which was also tons of fun!) The Comic Con experience is everything they say it is, and I’m looking forward to doing it all again next year.

But now I’m off again — this time to Tampa, FL for Rainbow Con! And I’m going to be exhibiting with The Young Protectors penciler Adam DeKraker for the very first time! We’re actually “Guests of Honor” so we’re doing a bunch of fun panels. And you can still get tickets at the door for really affordable prices or you can save even more by registering online. It’ll be my first time in Tampa, and it’d be great to see some East Coast readers. I’ll have some advance copies of The Young Protectors V1 with me along with some special new, sexy The Young Protectors prints. If you have a chance, please stop by and say hi!

On Saturday, Adam and Vero return with something very special! It’s the official “bonus comic” of Volume Two and, much like the Spooky/Commander Bonus Comic, it will give you a chance to get to know one of The Young Protectors‘ characters much more deeply. But this time, it won’t involve sitting around in a police station (or a cabin in the woods, for that matter)—this is an action story, full of danger and romance.

Who will that character be? And what secrets will we learn?
