Something tells me that Tsunami is done messing around.
I wanted to bring your attention to a LGBT fantasy comic with absolutely gorgeous artwork (and red word balloons!) The world of MERAKI is a futuristic realm fused with Greek Mythology. Their tagline is “An Adventure Story with Greek Gods and Gay Heroes! – The Odyssey meets Star Wars…LGBT style!” There’s a six-page preview, and I’m really impressed with it. (It got my pledge.) You owe it to yourself to check out their Kickstarter.
Also, I want to remind you that the e-book version of Artifice has been included in this week’s Humble Bundle promotion, along with over $320 worth of other LGBT comics, ebooks, and audiobooks in support of the It Gets Better Project. Check out my notes on page 43 for more information, but it’s an awesome deal for a good cause. You should totally check it out too.
So! Flyboy is now awake and the team has got their powers back! I wonder how this will change things? Can we hope for a little heroic ass-kicking?
Tune in this Saturday to find out! Hope to see you there! 😀
