That’s seriously horrifying. We need a deus ex machina to fix this somehow. Unfortunately, the “deus” most likely to show up is probably an evil demon that would fix Mitch’s body only so they could possess it while on Earth, manipulating Mitch as a puppet from the inside for their own ends.
Yes, I’m now predicting the situation is going to get even worse before it can get any better.
