So!

So! Spooky and Flyboy were able to rescue Ambrosia from a watery grave! But that rope is closing in fast and Amanda still needs a lift. Will they really be able to get away or is Spooky going to get all choked up again?

Tune in this Wednesday to find out! Hope to see you there! 😀

I know it’s because the Neck-seeking Noose-o-Death is magical, but that aura looks really suggestive.

Assuming Mitch can get a grip on Amanda’s wrist, he can pretty much outrace it. The question is “what’s the range of its tracking abilities?” Line of sight, or are we talking more of a ropey Terminator?

  2. “Ropey Terminator” sounds both weird and scary…

(The Terminator was the first “horror” movie I was able to get all the way through as a kid. At least, I thought it was horror. The first actual horror movie that I enjoyed was The Hitcher.)

  3. hm. Mitch’s top speed ought to be able to outrace that rope, but who knows with magic? And what if Mitch gets the blue flames again while flying at high speed with three passengers? We might need more green parachutes. Can Spooky blam the rope? Does Amanda have any weaponry to shoot that thing with? If Shades is at all directing the rope with his mind, can Amanda exploit that connection?

Assuming our team is victorious, I think they’re gonna have to trace the kidnapped girl directly. And they better have a better plan to deal with whatever Shades can throw at them. Research who the heck he is, somehow, maybe.

  4. Great suspense and “page cliffhanger” …
    This action really satisfies.

A bigger question right now is not “if” they escape but to where…

  5. Avatar for Nate Nate says:

The first movie (like Alien) WAS horror. It didn’t shift into action movie territory until the sequel (also like Alien  )

  6. go go goooooo|๑⊙Д⊙๑|ツ

  7. Ah! I knew Alien was horror (it even basically had a shower scene!), but I wasn’t sure if Terminator qualified. Well, now I can confidently attribute the bravery Young Alex felt he was due at that time.
